badbears(이하 "개발자")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 아동의 개인정보 보호에 특히 주의를 기울입니다.
본 방침은 개발자가 개발·배포하는 애플리케이션 중 본 방침을 개인정보처리방침으로 지정한 앱에 적용됩니다. 해당 앱은 아동을 포함한 전 연령을 대상으로 하며, Google Play 가족 정책 및 아동 온라인 개인정보 보호법(COPPA)을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
개발자는 이용자에게 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 결제 정보를 직접 요구하지 않습니다.
본 방침이 적용되는 앱은 기능 구성이 서로 다를 수 있으며, 아래 항목은 해당 기능이 포함된 앱에 한해 적용됩니다.
가. 광고가 포함된 앱 (Google AdMob)
- 광고 게재를 위한 최소한의 기기 정보(기기 종류, 운영체제 버전, 언어 설정)
- IP 주소 및 이를 통해 추정되는 대략적 위치(국가·지역 수준)
- 아동 이용자에게는 광고 식별자를 이용한 맞춤 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 광고 개인화를 위한 추적을 수행하지 않습니다. 아동에게는 비개인화 광고만 게재됩니다.
나. Google Play 게임 서비스를 지원하는 앱 (이용자가 로그인을 선택한 경우에 한함)
- Play 게임 플레이어 ID 및 프로필 정보
- 업적 달성 기록, 리더보드 점수
- 아동 계정의 경우 Google 계정 정책에 따라 보호자 관리 하에 처리됩니다.
다. 클라우드 저장을 지원하는 앱
- 최고 점수 등 게임 진행 기록 및 설정값
라. 모든 앱 공통 — 기기 내에만 저장되는 정보 (외부로 전송되지 않음)
- 음량 설정, 언어 설정 등 앱 환경설정
개발자는 별도의 분석 도구(Analytics)를 사용하지 않으며, 이용자의 연락처, 사진, 파일, 정밀 위치 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
2. 아동의 개인정보 보호
- 개발자는 만 13세 미만 아동으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
- 아동 이용자에게는 개인화 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 광고 식별자 기반 프로파일링을 하지 않습니다.
- 앱에 포함된 광고는 Google Play 가족 정책이 인증한 광고 제공자를 통해서만 게재됩니다.
- 보호자는 자녀의 정보에 대한 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 아래 연락처로 문의하시면 본인 확인 후 처리합니다.
- 아동의 개인정보가 보호자 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 인지한 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.
3. 이용 목적
- 광고 게재(아동에게는 비개인화 광고) 및 광고 남용 방지
- 순위표·업적 기능 제공 및 게임 진행 상황 보관
- 서비스 품질 개선 및 오류 대응
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
아래 서비스가 포함된 앱의 경우, 해당 정보는 다음 제공자에 의해 처리됩니다.

개발자는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 광고 타겟팅 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 보관 및 파기
- 광고 관련 정보는 Google의 보관 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
- 클라우드에 저장된 기록은 이용자가 삭제하기 전까지 보관되며, Play 게임즈 앱의 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 내 설정값은 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
6. 이용자 및 보호자의 권리
- 광고 ID: 기기 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 재설정 또는 삭제
- 게임 기록: Play 게임즈 앱 → 설정 → 게임 데이터 삭제
- 열람·정정·삭제 요청: 아래 이메일 (보호자 요청 포함)
7. 보안
정보는 전송 구간에서 암호화되어 처리됩니다. 개발자는 별도의 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 모든 데이터는 Google이 제공하는 인프라를 통해 처리됩니다.
8. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지를 통해 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

Privacy Policy (All Ages)

badbears ("the Developer") respects your privacy and pays particular attention to protecting the privacy of children.
This policy applies to those applications developed and distributed by the Developer that designate this policy as their privacy policy. Such applications are intended for users of all ages, including children, and comply with the Google Play Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
1. Information We Collect
We do not directly ask you for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or payment information.
Applications covered by this policy may differ in features. The items below apply only to applications that include the corresponding feature.
a. Applications that include advertising (Google AdMob)
- Minimal device information required to serve ads (device type, OS version, language settings)
- IP address and the approximate location (country/region level) derived from it
- We do not serve personalized ads to child users and do not perform advertising-identifier-based tracking for them. Children are served non-personalized ads only.
b. Applications that support Google Play Games Services (only if you choose to sign in)
- Play Games player ID and profile information
- Achievement progress and leaderboard scores
- Child accounts are handled under parental supervision in accordance with Google account policies.
c. Applications that support cloud save
- High scores and other gameplay progress and settings
d. All applications — stored on your device only (never transmitted)
- Volume and language preferences
We do not use any analytics SDK, and we do not access your contacts, photos, files, or precise location.
2. Children's Privacy
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Child users are not shown personalized ads, and no advertising-identifier-based profiling is performed.
- Ads are served only through providers certified under the Google Play Families Policy.
- Parents and guardians may request access to or deletion of their child's information by contacting us at the address below; we will verify the request before acting on it.
- If we learn that a child's personal information was collected without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
3. How We Use It
- Serving advertising (non-personalized for children) and preventing ad abuse
- Providing leaderboards and achievements, and preserving progress
- Improving service quality and addressing errors
4. Third Parties
For applications that include the following services, data is processed by these providers.

5. Retention and Deletion
- Advertising data is handled according to Google's retention policies.
- Cloud-saved data is retained until deleted; it can be removed from the Play Games app settings.
- On-device settings are removed when you uninstall the app.
6. Rights of Users and Guardians
- Advertising ID: Device Settings → Google → Ads → reset or delete
- Game data: Play Games app → Settings → delete game data
- Access, correction, or deletion requests (including from guardians): email below
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. The Developer operates no independent servers; all data is processed through infrastructure provided by Google.
8. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page along with a new effective date.
