badbears(이하 "개발자")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
본 방침은 개발자가 개발·배포하는 애플리케이션 중 본 방침을 개인정보처리방침으로 지정한 앱에 적용되며, 해당 앱은 만 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
개발자는 이용자에게 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 결제 정보를 직접 요구하지 않습니다.
본 방침이 적용되는 앱은 기능 구성이 서로 다를 수 있으며, 아래 항목은 해당 기능이 포함된 앱에 한해 적용됩니다.
가. 광고가 포함된 앱 (Google AdMob)
- 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID)
- 기기 정보(모델, 운영체제 버전, 언어 설정)
- IP 주소 및 이를 통해 추정되는 대략적 위치(국가·지역 수준)
- 광고 노출 및 상호작용 기록
나. Google Play 게임 서비스를 지원하는 앱 (이용자가 로그인을 선택한 경우에 한함)
- Play 게임 플레이어 ID 및 프로필 정보
- 업적 달성 기록, 리더보드 점수
다. 클라우드 저장을 지원하는 앱
- 최고 점수 등 게임 진행 기록 및 설정값
라. 모든 앱 공통 — 기기 내에만 저장되는 정보 (외부로 전송되지 않음)
- 음량 설정, 언어 설정 등 앱 환경설정
개발자는 별도의 분석 도구(Analytics)를 사용하지 않으며, 이용자의 연락처, 사진, 파일, 정밀 위치 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
수집된 정보는 해당 기능이 포함된 앱에서 다음 목적으로만 이용됩니다.
- 광고 게재 및 광고 성과 측정, 부정 클릭 등 광고 남용 방지
- 순위표·업적 기능 제공 및 게임 진행 상황 보관
- 서비스 품질 개선 및 오류 대응
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
아래 서비스가 포함된 앱의 경우, 해당 정보는 다음 제공자에 의해 처리됩니다.

개발자는 위 목적 외에 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 광고 및 동의
광고가 포함된 앱의 경우, 유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 이용자에게는 앱 최초 실행 시 광고 개인화에 대한 동의 여부를 묻는 안내가 표시됩니다. 이용자는 동의를 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 개인화되지 않은 광고가 게재됩니다.
동의는 언제든지 변경할 수 있으며, 기기 설정의 광고 ID 재설정 또는 삭제를 통해 광고 개인화를 제한할 수 있습니다.
5. 보관 및 파기
- 광고 관련 정보는 Google의 보관 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
- 클라우드에 저장된 기록은 이용자가 삭제하기 전까지 보관되며, Play 게임즈 앱의 설정에서 해당 게임 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 내 설정값은 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에 처리합니다.
- 광고 ID: 기기 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 재설정 또는 삭제
- 게임 기록: Play 게임즈 앱 → 설정 → 게임 데이터 삭제
- 그 밖의 요청: 아래 이메일
7. 아동의 개인정보
본 방침이 적용되는 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 인지한 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.
8. 보안
정보는 전송 구간에서 암호화되어 처리됩니다. 개발자는 별도의 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 모든 데이터는 Google이 제공하는 인프라를 통해 처리됩니다.
9. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지를 통해 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

badbears ("the Developer") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws.
This policy applies to those applications developed and distributed by the Developer that designate this policy as their privacy policy. Such applications are intended for users aged 13 and over.
1. Information We Collect
We do not directly ask you for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or payment information.
Applications covered by this policy may differ in features. The items below apply only to applications that include the corresponding feature.
a. Applications that include advertising (Google AdMob)
- Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
- Device information (model, OS version, language settings)
- IP address and the approximate location (country/region level) derived from it
- Ad impression and interaction data
b. Applications that support Google Play Games Services (only if you choose to sign in)
- Play Games player ID and profile information
- Achievement progress and leaderboard scores
c. Applications that support cloud save
- High scores and other gameplay progress and settings
d. All applications — stored on your device only (never transmitted)
- Volume and language preferences
We do not use any analytics SDK, and we do not access your contacts, photos, files, or precise location.
2. How We Use It
Collected information is used only for the following purposes, and only in applications that include the corresponding feature.
- Serving and measuring advertising, and preventing ad fraud and abuse
- Providing leaderboards and achievements, and preserving your progress
- Improving service quality and addressing errors
3. Third Parties
For applications that include the following services, data is processed by these providers.

4. Advertising and Consent
For applications that include advertising, users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent notice on first launch regarding personalized advertising. You may decline, in which case non-personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time, and you may reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings to limit ad personalization.
5. Retention and Deletion
- Advertising data is handled according to Google's retention policies.
- Cloud-saved data is retained until you delete it; you can remove it from the Play Games app settings.
- On-device settings are removed when you uninstall the app.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.
- Advertising ID: Device Settings → Google → Ads → reset or delete
- Game data: Play Games app → Settings → delete game data
- Other requests: email below
7. Children's Privacy
Applications covered by this policy are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. The Developer operates no independent servers; all data is processed through infrastructure provided by Google.
9. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page along with a new effective date.
